NOTIFICATION TO MEMBERS OF TIPTON LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION:

The State of Indiana earlier this year enacted legislation requiring homeowners’ associations to notify members of dates and times of board meetings, as well as agendas, four days in advance of the meetings.

Beginning with the September meeting of the TLCA Board, we will comply with this requirement by posting the date, time and agenda for each meeting on our website four or more days in advance of the meeting. You can access this information at www.tiptonlakes.com.
