4833 Timber Ridge Drive
Jennifer Christie and her husband Jason have been residents of Tipton Lakes on Timber Ridge Drive since May 2013. They moved back to Columbus after Jason finished his surgical training at Wake Forest University before joining Southern Indiana Surgery. They have four children, Emma, Luke, Alex, and Kate, who enjoy the parks, bike paths, and swimming within Tipton Lakes. Jennifer paused her teaching career to help raise their young family but spent many years teaching High School Biology and Chemistry. Her background with a master’s degree in Biology included an emphasis on environmental and water systems. “Understanding the inter dynamics affecting our greatest asset, our lakes, is supported by my background and interest.”
Jennifer’s community involvement includes serving on the Tipton Lakes Lake Committee and on Tipton’s Board of Directors since 2019. In addition to service within the Tipton community, she is actively involved at St. Peters Lutheran Church, Children’s Leader at Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), and a 4-H leader for Bartholomew County Horse and Pony Club. With five generations of heritage within the area, she feels a strong sense of belonging and respect for the community. The structure of the neighborhoods, lakes, and amenities made buying in Tipton Lakes a logical choice for their family.
“Tipton has maintained a balanced approach to sustainable development by preserving the natural beauty, offering quality development while providing a healthy community to live and play. For these reasons, it is a privilege to serve the residents here in Tipton.”
