Tipton Lakes Community Association, Inc. is the "umbrella" homeowners' association and provides for the long-term management and maintenance of Tipton Lakes. The Association preserves property values and promotes the health, safety, and welfare of its residents. It does through the management and maintenance of the Common Areas, facilities and recreational amenities, providing community services, collecting and disbursing Association funds, rules enforcement, maintenance of architectural standards, and offering social activities. The Association functions both as a business and as a self-governing group.

Our Mission: The Mission of the Association is to promote an attractive environment where people will want to reside. This will be accomplished through community involvement in landscaping and lake maintenance, architectural review, rules enforcement, effective communication and community interaction. Through this effort the Association supports each residents' desire to protect their property value.
